Cerealia is a blockchain-based trading platform initially focused on the market for Russian agricultural production of wheat, corn, barley and other grains and oilseeds.[1]
Cerealia's CEO, Andrei Grigorov, said in a statement at the November 9, 2020 trading launch, “Traders can now be 100% certain they really did the trade, versus traditional over-the-phone brokerage. Instantly, they have digitally signed contracts and blockchain-registered records ‘forever.’”[2]
